*Once we receive your tumbler it will be engraved and shipped back to you within 7 days; however it usually only take 1-2 days.
We don't need your lid or straw. Please write on your order number and what you have included with the shipment. If no order number or order form is included with your shipped item, there will be delays in processing your order.
